About me

My name is Sukru Cetiz

I am a Turkish biologist turned pastry chef with a deep passion for culinary arts. I initially worked in Turkey on herbal medicines but later discovered my love for baking. After moving to Japan, I learned Japanese and decided to pursue a career in pastry. I graduated from the renowned Akahori Pastry College in Tokyo as a licensed pastry chef, specializing in French, Japanese, and Western pastries.

Our bakery caters to a diverse clientele, including Japanese and Muslims living in Japan. Understanding the Japanese palate, we offer Turkish desserts tailored to local tastes, as well as halal pastries for our Muslim customers.

We pride ourselves on being the first Turkish pastry shop in Japan offering such unique and inclusive options.
